Chiropractic is a drug free, non-invasive and effective approach to health and wellness for all ages from infants to the elderly. A vertebral subluxation (spinal misalignment) places pressure on your spinal nerves which can reduce or block your nerve messages. A cascade of events occurs including contraction of muscles which locks the spinal joints therefore causing pinching or irritation of the nearby nerves. Spinal misalignments are mostly minor and painless so you may be unaware or they can be major resulting in significant pain and dysfunction. All spinal misalignments affect your spinal mobility, the functioning or your organs, body systems and how your body heals, regulates and balances.
